“Developing a Festival” Appendix “W” – Job Description Checklist

 Having simple job descriptions for specific tasks allows chairs to move volunteers in and out of jobs easy. The following items should be included in each job description:

€    A description of the task or job required

€    A time schedule

€    Who volunteers reports to

€    Where the volunteer should report initially

€    Where the volunteer reports when finished

€    Reporting process (if necessary)
